American Standard Water Heaters
American Standard Commercial Water Heaters manufactures high quality natural and propane gas commercial water heaters with BTU inputs from 76,100 through 512,000 designed to deliver large amounts of hot water economically for applications requiring rapid hourly hot water recovery. Typical applications include large residences, restaurants, apartment buildings, multi family developments, motels, hotels, hospitals, laundromats, car washes, schools and industrial buildings.
For applications where utilization of gas models is not feasible; American Standard's Commercial Electric Water Heaters are designed for point-of-use installations where large quantities of hot water are required. Commercial electric models are available in 52, 80 and 119 Gallons with inputs from 6KW through 54KW, and single or three phase voltage options of 208, 240, 277 and 480. American Standard's Commercial Storage Tanks are the ideal solution for applications requiring large quantities of hot water drawn over short time periods. These tanks can be connected to water heaters or boilers for added hot water storage. Capacities are: 80, 119 and 120 gallons.

Quietside ODW is Energy Star approved and one of the leaders in condensing water heaters sold in North America. Conceived 5 years ago, and refined through a rigorous testing program, these water heaters are at the pinnacle of performance and efficiency, producing at 12% higher efficiency than even the current Energy Star standard. Quietside ODW qualifies for many State Utility rebates and the new Federal Energy Tax Credit Program allowing up to 30% of the installation cost (maximum $1,500.00) as a tax credit in 2009 & 2010. High efficiency is only one of the benefits.
Quietside's ODW solves these problems for you. The S Line Heat Exchangers reduce the flue gas temperatures to approximately 130° F allowing the use of Schedule 40 PVC (SLC636 in Canada) flue and intake piping. Up to 45 equivalent Feet of 3" or 4" venting with a maximum of 3 elbows can be used to vent these units. Not only is Schedule 40 PVC (SLC636 in Canada) simple to work with, it attaches directly to both the vent connections on the units and to the termination kit (provided). It is also a fraction of the cost of the Stainless venting required on other Tankless units. No longer does the venting cost as much as the unit. Easy, quick, low cost, and hassle free venting can be done both vertically and sidewall. Everybody agrees that using an Isolation Valve kit is the best way to install a Tankless Water Heater. So does Quietside, however to make it the standard, Quietside is happy to provide an Isolation Valve kit, plus ASME Pressure Relief valve with every ODW unit. Servicing and Maintenance just got a whole lot easier. Confused with all the accessories available for these Tankless units? Quietside provides the Termination kit and the Isolation Valves with the unit. Siesco
FEATURES: There are no moving parts or flow restricting devices used in Seisco heaters. Seisco uses a unique flow/no flow detection system utilizing it's temperature sensors for flow detection. In standby, the heater maintains a very subtle temperature gradient and flow is detected when there is a change in the gradient. The advanced microprocessor control turns the power on through a set of relays and turns the power off when flow stops. The most important feature may be the patented "Power Sharing" technology which provides for evenly distributed power to the heating elements. This in turn, helps eliminate scalding potential, scaling and sediment build-up. Also, the control logic allows the power level to vary which is beneficial in minimizing the use of power for periods of less demanding usage.
